Hello there I would like to start the RIS armor quest and I have been sitting in the woolamander palace for about 2 hours now with no spawns. I heard that they reduced the spawn rate but does anybody know what the current timer is for these things to respawn?

Ive heard its once a day. If thats the case server reset would be the best time

spawn is one time a day now and it use to be 1 hour and 7 min....

some how all RIS static spawns got it... if its a bug or intended unknow, Im buying up all bones I can for my costumers

Jatto has given the word to the devs when its fixed unknow

It is a POI/Dungeon issue. All of them only spawn once a day. Harrower fragments don't even drop everytime so they are hard to come by. Unless you want to spend about 3mil a fragment.

The core system correspondant said the devs are working on it, but he gave no time frame.
