Hello everyone, first time poster long time reader here. I'm trying to make 80/80 kinetic/energy composite and I'm having a hard time getting it. I was wondering what layer combinations and % you are using in your own EEK armor. I've tried over and over to get 14% layers for one of them but the best i can do is 13%. Since I can't experiment on the Kinetic/Energy in the segment crafitng it makes it kind of difficult to hit that 80/80. I'm using some of the best resources on my server and I've seen others make the EEK @ 80/80 but unfortunately the one I knew who did has now left the game. Some advice or techniques would be greatly appreciated. TYVM in advance

Also, I'm not sure if this is the difference or not but it very well could be, i'm only a 11 point AS, not 12

Try this, 2 x 4 Base, 10 Kinetic, and a 3 Base, rest energy.

You can make it with 10 points....if your resources are up to it.

Basically, if you have to use a 14% kin or energy and can't get it...you're not going to. It would mean you can't get the base high enough.

My combo was.....

2 - 4/6 kin layers

1 - 2/13 ener layer

seg was - 32base/12kin/12elect/13ener (It may have been 33base...pretty sure it was 32 though)

Final - 67base/80kin/80elect/80ener (Now making the same with 68base)

I can get the same results using 2 energy and 1 kin layer too, but the energy ones are more resource intensive to make.

Thanks for the help guys, i hit 80/80 with ease by increasing the base. Also, i was wondering what is the encumberance on some of your EEK chest, helm and total.
