Being that I mainly make composite but feel like playing with ubese to entertain myself I had a specific question.
Does the kinetic level of ubese ride above the base stats like it does on composite or is it a completely seperate thing?
i.e. would your final of 12% base and 70% kinetic wind up being 75% kinetic if it were on a 17% base.

Kinetic is the special resist on Ubese so experimenting the base has no effect on it.
I throw all the experiment points in the kinetic % on the layers, and do the same on the final combine with any extra points to help the HAM and condition.
Hope this answers your question.

I think it's a seperate thing...but don't know for sure.
It's very doubtful that you're going to be able to hit 80% unless you use an enhancer, so everything you have you'll want to put in special....then durability (mainly to raise condition some). Ubese is simple that way.

so then the kinetic does not ride on top of the base what so ever and a 5% increase in base would not make for a 5% increase in kinetic then?
