Just wondering if its possible to calculate factory production time.
Is there a time multiplier for the items complexity, or a set time pr item?

I think it is based on complexity yes, not sure of the exact fomula.
If you examine the factory I am fairly sure it gives you a Time-Per-Item based on the thing its creating.

easy way to know how long it will take is
examine the factory it will say how many sec it will take to make 1 item
divide it by 60 and that will tell you how man min it will take
