I know that most Master Armorsmiths sell 80% kinetic composite, but ive seen people with above that.. you you need to getkinetic into effectiveness and then slice it? if so, how?

to get kinetic above 80% it needs to stay out of special protection
most smiths can get base to 67-69% base
just use any layers other than kinetic
I make 69% base blast armor, this can slice above 80% and hits 90% without too many problems

Yea, i've started doing the same thing using electric layers. Since its already in the special protection it can't get over 80% anyway, and that leaves one more protection able to cap out. I've been hitting 70% base with these and they slice up to 90% pretty easily.
