You think we can use this or tailors?

With the amount of combinations of things im sure itll take a long time before we see something useful...new armour schematics would be lovelybut unlikely...the only armour ive seen from Mustyfart is the really REALLY bad looted stuff in TH's friday feature which no-one in their right mind will wear.

Weird really as they were displayed alongside the uber new weapons which are now turning out to be utter cack now that the game is live.

Well you are supposed to be able to get the schematic for those weapons as well. In the same thread I found this stuff, they show combinations to get parts of the shcematic to make some weapons... so maybe we will be able to make that armor too.

What's this cube thing?

It a cube similar to the Horadric cube from Diablo 2. You do a quest on Mustafar (very easy and if you avoid the random spawns, a level one can do it) and you gain the cube. You put in the right combination of "glowing" loot that you get on mustafar and you get certain things. So far they have gotten items ranging from buff items, to weapon schematics. No armorsmith schematic recipies have been discovered yet.

Well what do you think the item I mentioned in the beging is?

Hmm, I'm not sure yet, but I'm hoping it's for armor. To be honest, I don't think, there's not alot of crafter's with the cube so it will take some time to figure out what all of it's for.

Actually, I would think "padding" would be a tailor(BE) item. Like the Wookie padding.

yes, but AS use that padding in Wook armor...

Someone already pointed out that some of the weapons schematics require other parts made from the cube. I still think this could go either way, or it could be like a fiberplast panel and work for both professions.

I'm thinking it may be for one of the armors... but who knows. Like you said, I'll give it some time.
