1.) Will any prof be able to wear ubese bandoliers/shirts?

2.) Will newly crafted ubese shirts have slots?

3.) Can factional armour be made to have slots?

4.) Newly crafted composite/BH/RIS/ubese etc armour - will they be able to be made with 3 or 4 slots??

5.) What about marbari armourweave belts? Will they still be able to be crafted? With slots? Will anyone be able to wear them?

sorry the slots are new to me, guess I need to fire up the factories with prenerf stuff. (did they still convert to socketed? and is this intended?)
