I think that's right, although i havent messed with these yet if you Read the Desc of them it will tell you that it will enhance some thing's while takeing away from other.

It's bugged!! The display of stats is incorrect. If you manufacture those in a factory, you will see the correct stats. Some people see the correct stats after logging out and back in again.

The experimentation is working. You just cannot see it in the protection stats.

I can only experiment on the special protections? Even then, only 7 points?

Also, can anyone else confirm this before I set a factory to produce them?

Update...

Logged in this morning, and the stats shifted to 33/33, and -34....

I made another AALP last night, that was 10/10, -11, and it shifted to 35/35, and -36

Seems a little low.....

Primus layersin the 35 region is correct. They cut the efficiency in half during testing because they proved to be too good.

I got mine up to 9, but that was with the best resourcesI had.

correct. I made some Energy Layers and when I logged back in they where all -79 -78 which is what they should be. Im still not making any factory runs just incase. Resources are to high a cost to blow them on a bug.
