I have checked the "bio-linking" threads and I cant find out what the heck it is??
The costs are covered in great detail, however, could someone be kind enough to tell me what it does ??
Thank you for your time

in the old system you needed to buy armor for Faction Costs, in the new system Armorsmiths buy faction armor schematics for faction. Once made you must Bio-Link the armor to you. Bio-linking means that no one but you can wear the armor. It is a way to keep players in the need to 'buy' faction armor keeping it a perk.

Ahh... and the buyer has to "spend" faction points to bio-link the armor, correct ???

Yes, and once the armor is linked it can only be used by the "linker."

I'm confused as to the benefit/purpose of any of this- please elaborate.

Just keeps it from being traded around. there is no + to it on the weares side since it cant be taken in combat or anything anyways. From a AS side it might keep people from getting old armor from freinds. Keep us from having the ARCH problems with over supply. Other armor gets bioed it seems as well. I had to BIO the clone armor
