Can armor (padded) belts be crafted with sockets post cu? I was just hoping to match it with my armor and wanted to put attachments in it. Thanks!

Unfortunalty if the armor peice does not have stats it can not have sockets. (like gloves, boots, belts, etc.) That is what makes the pre-cu peices valuable to certain buyers as they allow the owner to apply armor attachments to peices they can not post-cu.
