The impending nerf on composite and the upcoming combat rebalance are making alot of us nervous on what we will be able to do. I dont have a problem with rebalance and nerf its just I got use to soloing elders and kryats. So what I want to do is not find one day my suit of comp is worthless and then realize I cant take any of the high level mobs to get stuff for new armor. So I decided to go on my big crusade to get the nessecary components and attachments for my next suit. I have heard several new suits where the best but I have no clue and I figured the best people to ask are you guys. So what armor should I get ready for and what do I need to make it?

We have no clue what the combat rebalance will bring, and how it will affect armor. We're in the darklike everyone else.

According to various information I have been able to find, the combat revamp (and "nerf" to armor/weapons) is scheduled to be part of Publish 11. Publish 9 (Jedi revamp) is scheduled to occurr on 22 June. Figure a month or more after that to Publish 10 (2nd half of the Jedi changes and the new quest to 2nd slot unlock). Then figure a month or more after that to Publish 11. Best case scenario, one month only between the publishes, and it will be the end of Aug before Publish 11; worst case, probably Sept, or maybe Oct. JTL is scheduled for Nov.
They, the devs, have indicated they have just recently set up a secure "sandbox" for testing the changes they are making as part of the combat revamp. This is their own, limited numbers allowed to even see it, server, not a Test Centre. My conjecture is that after Publish 10 is live (mid to end of July at best, mid to end of Aug at worst), they will make TC2 into a more widely available test bed for the changes they are making before shifting it to TC for testing with semi-live code before they even think about putting it live.
So.... why the frell are you all hot and bothered about it and insisting the armorsmiths give you information now now now now?
My advice: Play the game as it is now. Have fun. Take the professions you want now. Wear the armor you want and that is good for what you are doing now. Don't even begin to fret the changes until they hit TC2 or TC. It's not going to affect your game-play tomorrow and any armor you buy today will likely be beaten to tatters by the time it does go live.
