Thread: 9% nightsister layers

I now find myself with 9 of these layers and I would like some help from everyone...
Am I correct that the best layer that is craftable is 4% so these layers would givea 5 -15% boost on base depending on armour?
What kind of armour should be made with these; what kind of stun protection would I get from Tantel with these?; these good for RIS?
If I was to just sell these what should I be looking for price wise without being outrageous?
Are these as good as I think they are?

You could have some nice RIS made with these, but they're hardly the deciding factor in the equation.
The best armorsmiths can make is 5% base layers. They'll make some real nice low encumberance gloves or boots. With some other good layers you could have larger pieces made.
