I have a question... about RIS vs Composite...

I am learning armorsmith so please forgive the novice nature of the question..

If I have a RIS Right Bracer whos stats are 54 Kin 80 on everything else.... And a piece of Composite thats base is 80 with 86 on everything..

Woudl the composite offer better fighting protection? Or is there something special about the RIS that would be better to wear..

Enc.....

my suit had 80% kinetic and 90% base for PVE its a great suit

compare the Enc 159/50/115 with Composite..... mind cost are almost non

No, R.I.S. don't have any "secret" and 80% is 80%. Composite can be better than R.I.S., but much heavier.
