just a general enquiery.. not about the scales but segments.. i got some +17% ones and wanted to know if theyre worth it or not(to bother making stuff)
do they go on top of the ~60% or so unsliced armor or?

On Eclipse you can simply take the % on segment and add 37 - that wil leave you with base stats. So in your case 37+17 =54%base...your call if its worht it - i would delete them, even tho enc. is damn nice.

well...ill keep the 17% ones for after the cu..u never know with the devs an'all
