If i use a schematic, that is five uses. If i use them all, can i still get more uses, if i get another Schematic?

If you get a new schematic, yes.

You can also make a datapad schematic from the Imperial PSG schematic. Make sense?

I wasn't sure about this - so you can do the quests over and over? Is there any limit to how many times or how often you can repeat the quests within a time period?

The quest can be done twice, no time limit.You need to reset the Dantooine quests, however. I went through all the Dantooine quests I felt like doing, then reset and repeated everything again.
