Thread: How do I get the faction schematics?

OK, I've seen posts with folks talking about the FP costs (and not being able to do factory runs just bite). This means you can expect about 300 to 500 FPs have to go into the cost of building each piece of armor... at 125 cpu, faction armor is going to be hella expensive.
So, I know that they're out there. But, how do you get the faction schematics? I can't get the recruiter to let me have an option on buying them. If I go to schematics, I just get the same ol' dinky droid schematic options.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

i would like to know as well as i got people asking me same questions.
where how and how much. but i cannot find the schematics either.

Will be logging in Eukonidor in a min and finding a reb recruiter. Fingers crossed there.
Am suspectiing only a master AS can get em from a recruiter but this of course is just a guess on my part

As i read and have heard... Currently it is supposed to be only Master Armor Smiths that can get the schematics for the factionalarmor.

If your faction are in the lead by a large margin the cost is 1000 fp or all parts except chest 2000fp and boots/gloves 250fp. Total 8500 fp for all parts. For that you get 10 uses so 10 full suits at 850 fp per suit which means 90-100k extra per suit (depending on how much you pay for your FP).

You need to be a MAS and have enough faction to buy the schems (I believe) for them to appear on the menu.

You need to be a MAS at Combatant or SFstatus to buy the schematics from the recruiter.
Costs for my Rebel Colonel Bothan MAS:
Boots/Gloves - 750fp ea
Bracers/Biceps/Leggings/Helmet - 3000fp ea
Chest - 6000fp ea
There is no cost difference between the styles of armor.
The armor cannot be colored.
Each schematic is limited to 10 uses and you CANNOT make factory schematics from the limited use schems.

now the big question is, can a M.A.S. and M.Smuggler buy them at a discount?

I dont remember seeing it at a discounted rate but a smuggler/AS can buy the FP to get the schematics. Just remember if you are imp, you cannot hold the rebel schematics and visa vera.

I believe so. If i remember correctly the discounts were applied for me on TC-EP3 when I checked it out.
