Im using advanced core, and Im using pretty good resources (300-900OQ) And Im still not getting great stats. For example on assualt I get

Kinetic: 4848

Energy:2849

Everything Else: 3849

Am I doing something wrong?

Could it be my crafting tool? its only 11.61

i am VERY VERY new to armorsmith myself, but i have found that using my 14.91 tool seems only to help with the # of slots the armor gets, and fewer failures.

i also won't use any matirials with an OQ less than 800 if i can help it. you also need to keep an eye on your toughness.

i believe all of this is covered in the stickies above. i need to finish reading them all myself.

Look for OQ and SR.

you'll need high end stuff over 900 OQ for certain. Basicly you need to get all the bars as close to the top as possible. It's going to be hard for a new AS to do this, but you'll still find a market for Lower stat armor, tobe used as grinding armor, for cheaper prices till you can afford to buy orharvest better.

Seems like your resources are lacking, and you do not mention what your SR is. OQ and SR each have 50% weight.

If your OQ and SR both are above 800 (on average) you should get a good result.

unless OQ and SR both 800-900 you won't make so good of stuff. A lot of AS have stuff that is 950+ oq/sr both, so get some better resources

Start at the bottom!

Concentrate on getting the best ressources for

ARMOR SEGMENTS.

They are the foundation of your armor. You need ALL ressources of VERY good stats (OQ+SR).

Once you manage to get Segments with 900+ stats concentrate on getting the best ressources for CORES.

When you put high quality ressources in cores with bad segments ... it's just a waste.

Once you manage to get your cores to 5500+ you made it!

Ressources for the armor piece itself just determines condition of the armor which is not "sooooo" important (even though armor decay is insane!)

I recently opened a vendor with all Pre CU stuff and it is selling, all be it at low prices. However it is selling. Full suit is only 50k or pieces for 5k. All my suits sold out and now I only have parts.

Will I sell the below good stuff post CU for this, prob not. However, at 10k a piece I have heard other vendors are selling well.

Advanced cores take 3 segments, Standard take 2, and Basic take 1.... all segments take up to 4 Layers.

Cores normally require 3 segments... right?
