Thread: The Complete Guide to Armor and Armorcrafting questions

I read that guide, and I'm starting to wonder a bit. Is this outdated?

Did ASing change a LOT recently?

I see things like "experimental durabilty" on the layers, but in my crafting-tool, there's only "Special Protection" on the heat layer.

And it refers to "Advanced Composite Segment", but I can only see "Assault Armor Segment".. Also, it refers to encumberance reducing HAMs, but they made them slow you down, didn't they?


I'm just starting as an ArmorSmith, (Got master, though, respecced after I got back, post-CU) so I'm trying to find a good guide to what the different stats on the armors do, etcetera. So is this information from pre-CU or something? Did stuff change that extremely?

Ah, I guess so. Any hints or advice or stuff would still be appreciated!
