I used Ubese shirts for 4 or 5 boxes I had dropped to pick up scout for a bit. Worked the same as it did pre-CU. I think I had 11 or 12 tools running at once.

Well, the CU has officially chased off every crafter that we had in our guild and with the respec now over, any chance of talking them into coming back is officially gone. Knowing this day was coming, I have been reading this forum religiously since the CU preparing for starting an AS toon. First of all, I want to say thank you to all the vet MAS out there. I've been reading just about every crafting forum trying to decide what I want to do and this is by far the most professional and helpful forum of them all.
With that said, I'm starting my armorsmith grind tonight and I'm curious if anybody has done it yet, post-CU. There is one thread on this already, but it was mostly guesses based on the old system since everybody here was already a master or just respeced into master. What would be the best thing to grind since I wasn't smart enough to respec my main toon over for a day and look at the schematics.
I've spent almost all my money on getting factories, harvestors, and quality resources and forgot to get a good stash of grinding resource. So I guess I'm looking for something that has simple resource requirements (as simple as you can get in this prof anyway) lower complexity and good xp.Even if you haven't done the grind, but think somethingwould be good, let me know.
Thanks again

I did. It wasn't too bad at all. I grinded on Cores. You have to make factory runs of segments, but it sure goes quick. I think I did basic cores for most of it, but I might have done Standard cores later on to speed it up a bit.

Yeah, now that I think about it I moved to Standard Recon Cores as soon as I could. I remember underestimating the factory times on the segments, I kept running out

Thanks Heklore! I thought about that but was concerned with the fact that segment factory times were so slow. Sounds like it works okay though. I'll start the runs tonight!

I did it post-CU. As far as the least resource intensive route I think my route is easiest. I did recon segs till 3/0/0/0 then I just grinded Ubese shirts for the rest of it. I am not sure you benefit from exp from factory runs of segments. If not or if it is reduced exp then you are losing resources that could be used to gain xp.
Anyway my 2cents.

Thnaks for the advice, I think I will do the segments until 3000, but like I said earlier, I wasn't smart enough to respec to armorsmith for a day and look at the schems. Are the requirements for the Ubese shirts the same as they were pre-cu (20 Iron, 30 steel, and 10 fiberplast)?
