I know the quest starts in the imp outpost on dant but dont know from whom? anyone know

As far as i remember the guy ure looking for is in the building right behind the recruiter.

In the Imp outpost on Dantooine, there is an imp recruiter standing outside a building simular to the Cloning center on Dath, next to him is an Imp Mission terminal. Inside that building is a guy that sends you on 3 or 4 simple quests the final reward is the schematic.
