Hi knowledged AS community!

I am trying to craft capped Recon (in my case, Ubese) armor with the highest energy protection possible. I used 4 energy layers.

I crafted one left bracer, and here are its stats.

45148 Condition

3950 Kinetic

8050 Energy

6000 Elemental

Then, I crafted another left bracer with even better resources, and the stats were the same. Not higher

Is there a cap on energy protection? And is that bracer I made capped on energy?

The cap on energy and kinetic is 8200. You need to improve your layers first and foremost.

So if someone tells me they have 8300 energy armor, are they lying?

Not necessarily. Energy-layered, capped reconnaissance armor that's been sliced will likely break 8300, possibly 8400.

Ooo - that's right. I completely forgot about the slicing!

Do you know the cap (for energy) to pre-sliced armor though? Is it 8200?
