Thats a nice set of composite, HAM must be very very high, I made a similar set with 34% sun and 62% base and its was the heaviest thing I have ever worn.

Anyways, if you are looking for how much people would pay, you best bet is to ask on your servers trade forums, you can't really get a solid answer from us since every server has its own economy and varying prices. If you listed your server that you play on you might get some answers, but your best bet is o ask your own server.

On Tempest I sold my 34% stun, 70% elect, 62% base for 60-75k a main component, IE: chest and helmet and bracers and biceps sold for 50-60k. I never made any lower body armor with high percent stun comp because there just aren't any stun attacks that focus on the legs, only damage the legs receive is from multi HAM hits which is usually minimal.

Right now I a making 80% elect, 6% stun, 68% base comp, which seems to sell alot beter since the HAM is substantially less and because of the fact that a 33% or higher effectiveness slice will make it a 90% base resist suit and still give ap1 stun protection which automaticaly reduces stun batons and sonic blaster by 50% dmg then 6%, and then I have a helmet change macro for my 34% stun helmet versus rifleman. Just a heads up, you server may vary greatly from mine though.
