okay i have posted earlier things about which is best but i am going to rephrase that now. if i am into me against anything and everything what armor should i buy nad how much would a good set on BRIA cost me.

The most well rounded armor is composite. It' heavy though and you may have a hard time finding any smiths that are willing to make it light enough to wear without buffs. I've made a bunch on Kettemoor, but that doesn't help you much. You should be able to get a set with base around 60%.

Have no idea how much armor costs on Bria.

Just for future refrence, not trying to be mean, but "best" is relative. Being specific will get you the specific answer you want.
