Thread: Resources with no MA or SR
Yep this works a little different for different crafting professions, but works quite good for AS'ing...
ie... when crafting Doctor subcomponents, it is entirely possible to fulfill all requirements, without ever using a resource which has Potential Energy... in this case using 1000 OQ resources with no PE listed doesn't necessarily have the desired effect of allowing 100% experimentation, this is because there is no PE resource listed, so you have essentially 1000/1000 * 66% + 0 * 33% for your final outcome...
Not the Case in Armorsmithing, due to the fact that at least one (actually the majority) of the resources required have all of the experimentation fields on the resources, thus skipping out on a stat on a particular resource will NOT effect the final outcome, it will just put more weight on the remaining resources to account for that stats contribution to the final result...
