If anyone has some free time on their hands when they aren't making armor and is interested trying to figure out the system, here are some tests you can run:
1. Penetration of PSG's by AP weaponry.
Question: what happens when you use an AP2 or AP3 weapon on a PSG? Does the PSG block any damage at all?
Test: Have one person equip a PSG but no armor. Have another person proficient in Rifles shoot the target character with an AP0, AP1, AP2, and AP3 weapon several times. Note whether the PSG blocks any damage and how much damage relative to the total is blocked.
2. Vulnerability/integrity
Question: Is the condition of a piece of armor reduced when hit with a damage type it is vulnerable to?
Test: Have one person equip a suit of any armor. Note the current condition of all the pieces. Have another person shoot the character with a weapon that the armor is vulnerable to. Look and see whether any of the pieces of armor lost condition.
Any other suggestions?

I've already done some basic testing on PSG's and it does seem that higher AP weapons are not blocked always. It also seems that after roughly 10-20 shots psgs stop working and only actual armor absorbs damage.
I'll be working more with this soon.

no they were not at zero condition, they just weren't blocking any damage. I'm thinking the bugs might be a combined thing of both AP and durability. It just seems like after a few shots the psg isn't even considered in the damage reduction equation and therefore doesn't lose any condition.

that is probably cause they are at 0 condition after 10-20 shots.![]()
Your second question: I know with relation to PSG's, when they have a vunerability, the condition doesn't lower. I have seen this whenI wasre-equipping my PSGin battle several times (cause it wasn't picking up any damage). After several tries, I noticed that Kinetic was in Vunerability, so it wasn't blocking that, but condition didn't lower.
