Ok, i jsut set in on my first set of composite armor...
I made a crate of kinetic layers with...
5% Kinetic Protection
4% Base protection
14-14-14 HAM
360 Integrity
I used 3 of these to make my segments (didn't factory them just experimented with gloves) and they were coming out
31% Base (maxed for my resoruses)
15% Special
54/54/57 HAM
1353 Integrity
Well i stuck this in a pair of gloves along with the rest of the resourses and it came out of the hopper with
35% Kinetic
40% Base
35285 Integrity
78/75/81 HAM
I started of seeing which experimentation line affected what...
Put 1 point into durability and it raised the Kinetic Protection up to 55% but didn't affect anything else
Put second point into Resistance and it raised Integrity up to 36895 and brought the mind down to 80
Put thrid point into Durability and it brought the HAM down to 77/74/79 (didn't affect the special protection at all this time around)
Put a point into Quality and it brought Base up to 42%
Put a point into Resistance and it brought Kinetic up to 57% and Integrity up to 38295 (last time resistance didn't touch kinetic?)
Put a point into Durability and it brought Health down to 76 and that is all it did...
And it went on like this... completely random
How come every time i experiment on something it puts the experimentation into a random stat on the armor? Is this normal? Am i bugged? If this is normal then how do i know how to get the stats up high? I am completely lost and need any suggestion you can give. Please! lol

Top - Lowers Encumbrance
Middle - Raises Resists
Bottom - Raises Condition
Experimenting on the middle is a lil wierd with triple layered. Anything more than 1 point and it seems to "stick".
Save 1 point at the end to put in the top, it "unsticks" your resists for some reason.

If anybody reads this who is having the same problem, i figured it out. I have no clue why but this issue only comes up when experimenting 1 point at a time, if you experiment 2 points at a time it works fine. Thanks to (forgot your name) who tried to help me. And an extra special thanks to Skinnymando on Valcyn server who solved this for me.
