First I'd like to appologise for posting here since I'm not an armorsmith, but it doesn't hurt to get some opinions from a customer. Second, I'd like to appologise for double posting this as a seperate post and also in your top 5 list. I would just really like to get some feedback from idea nr. 5 especially.

#1 More high end craftable armors. Not loot or quest ones, but schematics you get in your skilltree to make something like composite. To tell the truth I only bought composite because I thought it was the coolest looking armor in the game at the time. The fact that it was the best didn't make a lick of a difference to me. If you were to add more variation in the heavy armors with some snazzy looks to it then I'm sure you would see alot less people wearing composite.

#2 I've always had a problem with the PSG not having any visual effect. It bothers me immensely. I would like to see a light blue shimmering orb surrounding the character when it's active and dissappear with some neat sound effects when it's duration is out.

#3 I always like the way the PSG's were handled in the roleplaying game. It had a condition and then five uses. This would improve things alot for me because I generally have a PSG in the toolbar and I hate having to open the inventory and get one from a crate all the time. Increase the resource usage for it and the price and give it more uses. Perhaps even allow armor smiths to experiment how many uses it has.

#4 Armor powerups which grant lightsaber resistance.

#5 I posted on the Armor Smith forum before about adding items that can be added to armor at the crafting stage. I would like to see helmets like the composite helmet have 2-3 option slots. You could put things like a gasmask in there to protect against CM poisons, a lightsource like a searchlight beam that others could see as well which would light up the ground in front. It could have a distance of say 30-40m or so. Would have to be able to switch it on and off though. (I know there's an ingame personal light, but that's something only you can see. It would be cool so see a guy come in with a searchlight built into the side of the helmet). Different vision modules that could be implemented could be things like infravision. It would simply negate darkness and you would see everything in a greenish hue and very bright. Thermograph sensor. Would show creatures in bright glowing colours and everything else like structures, ground and such in a dim blue colour.

Would also like to see option slots added to things like the wrist bracers for having built in weapons. Simply put add more versatility. Allow people to have personalized armor. I also think armorsmiths would have a ton of fun making this sort of stuff. But then again, I wouldn't know much about that. You'll have to decide on that.

Ps. Didn't Boba Fetts Mandalorian Armor have lightsaber resistance? Why doesn't it have LS ingame.

Good ideas man, but tbh, As much fun as it would be for an Armoursmith to take orders for customizable armours it could get a tad frustrating (making the armour itself is enough of a task IMO). Plus Im sure you would have to look at the amount of forseeable bugs within such an advanced structure. I mean, if they can manage to get a krayt to disappear a K into the distance as its about to die, you can sure as hell bet that the little sidelight would only point behind you or some stupid crap

Dont get me wrong though, good ideas... some of them should be impemented... jsut errr, not while ImAS huh ?

Maybe the options could be installed by players after they buy the armor. Or they get the options installed afterwards by the Armor Smith. That way it wouldn't have to be custom made from scratch.
