Are these any use i got a few the other night they have energy 3% and kinetic 4% look like you put them in armour ?

Yeha, you can put them in bone armor to give it a little kinetic resistance. Better than nothing...

I put them in ubese segments...can get ubese over 80%kinetic with them

They also take the energy vuln outta maberi, and give it that last kinetic % boost Mostly I used them to make 80% kientic ubese with.
