How many of each things total could be used?
NS Layers?
NS Shards?
Janta Hides?
Yellow Cubes?
I'm ready to start crafting my set, but don't know what other extra items I need and how many of each.

NS Layers: up to 18 (Standard RIS has 2 layer slots)
NS Shards: up to 9
Janta Hides: up to 9
Yello Cubes: None (cubes only used in interwoven iirc, though may count as enhancer - in which case up to 9)
Note 1: Janta Hides and NS shards occupy the same slot in crafting, and so cannot both be used on the same segment. However, you can use NS Layers, and either Janta Hide or NS shard on the same segment.
Note 2: Due to the way RIS works, only one segment is needed for each piece of armour. Which means that none of those components/enhancers needs to be identical (unless the AS wants to run them in a factory, but that's another story
)
Hope this answers your question

Yellow cubes counts the same as janta hide and NS shards
but I surtenly advice to fins Interwoven shematic.... it make the stats worth wile of the suit

I believe there are more scales than schematics now. If this is just a show piece, it doesn't matter. If you want it to be useful, go 2x4% Base/10% Kinetic layers. You can then get a ~80% Kin, ~60-70% Base piece, usually the helmet. Throw in a janta hide to up the base or shard to lower the ham costs, depending on what you want. It may be possible to go with a 13%/3% kin layer then an RIS layer or a NS layer if you can find a better than 4% one. But really if you are going to use good NS layers/shards/janta hides, then go get the interwoven schemaics. Without that schematic you are doing RIS on the cheap end anyways, so go with simple stuff that will max out that kin then probably up the base or lower the ham. If you give up on high base you get get a nice 80% kin low ham piece. In the case of helmets, this is very nice to save on the low mind stats.
If you are going with the interwoven I would start with the cube and work up from there. Good base on cubes are hard to find and you are in competition for them with the weaponsmiths. If you can get an exceptional cube, say 12% you can then think about acid or stun resists. If you are stuck with a 3% or 4% then you may want to go with NS layers and work on a low HAM cost piece. Still tossing in a kin layer could be useful as you can hit that 80%/80% number.

umm...ok, that really didn't answer my question, but thanks anyways, I was looking for more of an answer similar to TalynMox's.
But from your response, it seems your able to use regular segments/layers (comp, ubese, padded, etc.) or NS seg/layers, or Peko Peko feathers, correct?

Maybe my response was a bit confusing, but the answer is there. You must use 1 RIS segment (interwoven or plain) per peice. You can use any layer you wish or any enhancer. What you use really depends on what you got. Also patients is a good thing to have. Wait till you have all the good parts you need to do your armor right.
Some things to think about, you can do this cheap, you can fix the stun vuln, the acid vuln, go 80% kin, 80% base, go low encumb. Pick one about build your layers around it.
Say you want 80%kin, 80% base, stun and acid vuln, low HAM. So the first thing to do is note what you got during your quest for the unlayered (hope it was unlayered) basic boot. Just to know where your resources can take you. For me it was 38%Kin, 55%base, with the base maxed out. From there I would need +25 base enhancement to reach 80%. If I get that +25 that raises the kin to 63%. I would need +17 more. I didn't experiment that much in kin for my layer, so I can make some of that up there. Also I can do a kin layer to make some more of that up, say a 10% Kin, 4% base. Need 12 points, good reasources and some amazing successes in there. So 4% base from that layer leaves 21 more to go. If I don't go interwoven, that means 21 split between the second layer and the enhancer. Not going to happen. So If I go interwoven, that is 21 split between two layers and the cube. If I go 4% on the cube and get two 10% NS layers, I more than hit that mark. I can then put in a shard into the enhancer to get lower HAM.
If I have 12% geo cubes, I could go 3 acid layers, 3.33%base, 13% acid, which gives me +22 Base. I just need a 3% Janta hide to hit +25.However my Kin is lower, so I would need to decide what I wanted to do about that. I could experiment more for that and less in the base, meaning I need more than a 3% hide to hit that 80% base. Maybe an 8% hide would get me40% acid, 80% Kin and 80% base.
It comes down to what you got and what you can do with want you have. Also what can your resources get you. That will determine what you can do.

Wow, your 2nd response confused me even more
It might help to add that Im a BH, not an Armormsith, so most of that doens't make any sense to me

Ok, find a really good armorsmith and give him/her the best crap you got and let them go crazy with it. Then hope for the best.

Jup ask a radiant AS for help.... because we cant give you numbers where you looking for..... because we dont now what Resourses are on radiant what can take a few % up or down on a NS layer, cubes or NS shards

I'm not looking for percentages, I'm just looking raw numbers on amounts of components, like...
if i was using interwoven i would need:
9 yellow cubes
14 NS Layers
or whatever I need, just something like that

2 schematics
9-10 cubes, always nice to have an extra incase of a crit
27-30 layers, depending on what you want/have. The armorsmith can craft some or all of these layers.
9-10 segment enhancers - janta hide, rancor hide, krayt scale, NS shard
