I wasn't here when wookiee armor first came out. What kind of armor should i get of r good PvE kinetic resist, and about how much should I expect to pay.

Depends on the server, it is pretty easy to hit 80% Kinetic (base around 60-64%) as it is the standard special with Kashyyykian Hunting Armor. I have also seen high 70s to 80% Kashyyykian Black Mountian (base around 16-20%) and around 60% Kashyyykian Ceremonial. Prices on Naritus range from around 200-250k for Black Mountian to 400-500k for a suit of the Hunting Armor.

You might try your Galaxies Trade Board.

i have hit 80% kinetic/80% energy/69% base. i was just testing it. no research bonus or amazing layers. oq/sr on the yavin wood was about 800. dant avian bone was about 1200 oq/sr and dath leathery was 1900+ og/sr

Very nice....

Getting 61% base on the same set up.

On a positive note....it won't take much to increase the quality of resources I'm working with.

I agree, I'm using very poor (OQ+SR ≈ 1000) Avian Bone, Wooly and Wood and hitting 60% pretty easily. Might try some Energy/Kinetic suits next. With so many Armorsmiths on my server not wanting to make this, I'm considering giving up all non-Wookiee armors and just focusing on gear for my people! FWBW - For Wookiees By Wookiees™
