Thread: Quick RIS % Question

So, I finally got around to completing the RIS quest last night, after putting it off for a long time. Making the boots, stats came out to:
55% kinetic
54% base
54% base
Of course, this is without layers or enhancers, and is the basic combine. My question is, if I use the components below, will I hit 80% kinetic / 80% base? Experimentation on the RIS segment was split evenly between base and special protection.
1) 16% base NS layer (x1)
2) 3% base / 14% kinetic layer (x2)
3) 4% base Geonosian cube (x1)
2) 3% base / 14% kinetic layer (x2)
3) 4% base Geonosian cube (x1)

You might want to put some more experiment points in the base on one of the kinetic layers. I think you're going over the 80% cap on the kinetic where it could be used in the base.
(Just by looking at your numbers, I haven't done the RIS quest so I'm just speculating)

You know, you're right, I could shift an experimentation point to base instead of kinetic...thanks
