I'm interested in knowing what the best PvP stun layered armor is that can be created on all the servers. I'd like for everybody to list out the stats you can get on the Layers, Segments, and Final Composite Armor Pieces. Just resistances is what I think matters. Also state if you need to get amazing successes on the layers to reach the right stats. This is also assuming you are a 12 point smith. Here's what we have on Tempest.
37% Stun, 65% Base Composite Armor
37% Stun, 30% BaseComposite Armor Segments
12% Stun, 3% Base Stun Layers x3 with Amazing success on the base and the special protection
We just had some new resources spawn for stun layers and some good Intrusive Ore so I will update this when I have it all mined and make some new stuff.

seg 39/31?might be 30
I dont make it unless i get a full bar amazing on stun then finish it with one then a amazing on the rest in base. On thesegs i do it untill iget an amazing on base then finish it with one and get an amazing in HAM so that i can keep hams resonable

39/66 iswhat I crafton Chilastra (some have managed 40/66 I believe though...)

40/63 personally on Shadowfire...although some other smiths have made 40/65

Are you guys who are getting to 40% stun using 13% Stun Layers? What is the base stat on these layers? Just curious on what I'm working towards as it looks like my server is behind most that have posted.

Yeah i get 13% layers, which when in the Adv Comp Segment shows up as 39%. so, if you follow it through should make 39% comp but it seems to make 40%..go figure....now if I could only raise my base from 63 to 68 like i've seen posted in this thread

if we get some of that awesome hide bloodfin got i should be able to get 68 as well

It was our new intrusive spawn that really did it, the hide was nice but I can get 68 with worse hide.

Our wooly hide on Tempest has honestly never been Uber. I think that the best hide has a combined OQ+SR of about 1750. There has never been a dual 950+ wooly hide spawn on these two stats. The beyrillus copper is also never Uber. The most recent spawn has been the best with about 930 OQ and 650 SR.
