Pleseadvice newby.

I have seen 65% Kinetic on new wookiee hunting armor.

What is important for High Kinetic rate?(

how to make?)

80% kinetic is the max you can get on any Kashyyykian armor set (Ceremonial, Black Mountain, and Hunting). It is impossible to get higher kinetic on it no matter what enhancers you use.
