Hey all,

I've killed the woolamander harrower 14 times in the last 2 weeks (no small feat on the overpopluated kill-steal-everyone-for-himself world of Bria) and not had a single frag drop. I know this is relatively small number of kills compared to the 40-50 GDK's that people have to kill for scales but GDK's are fairly common on Lok (I live there - see em all the time), whereas the woolamanders only spawn in one spot at a certain rate with only two every single time. Are they broke? Is anyone else having this sort of prob? Any replies would be helpful. Thanks,

Well, I killed over 100 since the beginning of RIS days..........................and 0 drops.

But just last week I killed 4 of them. Had a drop of 3, 0, 3, and 4. Its pure luck I suppose.

Don't even ask me how many Reclusive Gurk Kings and Giant Dune Kimo's I have killed in the the last month with nothing to show for it but junk hides, battle fatigue out the wazoo along with wounds and disease...LOL

I think I am the record holder on lowca for good luck at the woolamander palace, 30 fragments in 2 days and one set of kills at login the third day. I have my feathers, and gurk hides as well, and so far one drop of 4 scales out of 30 GDK's...haven't been able to find a wild GDK spawn for a couple days now though.

Luck of the draw I guess. The first set of two harrowers I killed, one dropped 5 bone fragments. In the dozens since, nothing.

It took me roughly 67 kills at Kimo Town to get my 10 GDK scales.

I got 12 Woolamander Bone Frags in one day. 7 off one,5 off the other.

I looted 10 Gurk King Hides off one Gurk King, lol.

woolamander fragments drop rate is pretty bad, probably have more luck with scales if your finding GDK that is

Killed 55 before my fisrt drop, nothing since!

yeah its the luck of the draw...I killed dozens of GDK's and not a single scale.

yeah I have some really crappy luck with these RIS drops myself. I've been killing the woolamander over and over for the past year and have yet to loot a fragment. I have no trouble really looting Gurk King Hide for some reason, got so many I actually had to put some on my vendor. GDK scales are another thing. I grouped w/ some people once awhile backand tanked a GDK for them since they were pretty much ranged. soon as that thing dropped man they insta looted it and I saw "x has looted 5 items blah blah" and listed 5 scales on my screen, I asked them for one or two for tanking that thing so I could finish my RIS quest, no easy feat since the bastids disease out the behind. They laughed at me then took off. almost made me quit Bloodfin on the spot seeing someone like that, but then I figured every server has people like that, but also has good people. but all in all yeah. RIS drop ratesare poop =/
