ok my ubese armor sucks. 60% kinetic and 20% base. can someone fill me on on the stats for the layers and segments for ubese please.

It's all about the Kinetic Layers, pump everything into special. Whatever is leftover put it into the top bar.
Do not even worry about putting anything extra into the middle bar. Get the highest Kinetic and the lowest HAM you can. If you are not hitting the results you want, take a look at your resources. Chances are you have one or two resources holding your potential down.

it's all about resources. resources resources resources.
My kinetic layer is experimented to 32%/27%/94% which gives me a 14% kinetic, 2% base, 13/13/13 405 ham/condition layer.
My adv ubese segment is experimented to 36%/22%/82% giving me a 39% kinetic, 7%base, 19/20/19 817 ham/condition segment.
My ubese is experimented to 32%/26%/91% giving me 76% kinetic, 16% base, 29/45/36HAM 19157 condition ubese gloves.
note I'm an eleven point smith. if you're a 10 pointer you'll have one less point to spend on hams.

I agree with the other posters. Looking at your stats it seems your putting some points into base. Thats a big no-no cuz you will never get a good base with Ubese. All points to special and any leftover into HAM.
