my question is do armor assembly skill tapes work and if how exactly. do i need a bonus +10 armor assembly point to see an effect or do i get an effect just for every bonus point i own? and does anyone have numbers so like: ...if u have +15 points armor assembly u get 5% assembly bonus....

Hmm.. I know for experimentation it's +10 = 1 experimentation point... can't say for sure with assembly though. I want to say each point counts for some kind of percentage... but I don't know for certain.
