Unfortunately (for me), due to a game bug, my +11 Armour Exp Wrinkled Pants have dissapeared. According to the CSRs, they can't track Skill Mods, so they are giving me no refund 
.
.Just a question, does anyone know what the email of the CSR Supervisor is?

Ouch, Sorry to hear about a loss like that. I do not know the email for the CSR Supervisor, but I highly doubt you are going to get anything else from them.
Do you mind sharing how you lost your experimentation pants? I'd hate for another smith to fall due to the same bug if it can be prevented.

Server Boundaries, a bug that has been around for 8 + months. Basically, if you cross a server boundary, items can dissapear. They usually come back, but sometimes they get bugged or other things happen.

Theres a server line right down the middle of our player city.I dont know how many things that line has "eaten" from people in our guild and how many CSRs havesaid sorry, cant do anything for you. I'm really careful myself when I'm in town and carrying anything thats really worth something now days. Sorry bout your loss man.

Using a vendor to sell and retrieve works to perm items I've noticed, as well as using the ingredient hopper of your factory, lots of extra work but its easier then waiting for something that might never get replaced.

I feel you there man. We have at least 1 boundary through our player city of Republic Districty, Corellia, Cobantis that i lose things too every day that i am in game cause i have to cross it to get to my house then cross it again to go to my factories..... our city is pretty established so no moving anytime soon.... sigh....csr says.. O it will be fixed eventually

happened to me once.. were you wearing the pants around the time they became lost? (For me i was wearing them 5 mins before server crash)... basically what you need to do is to strip naked, and clear space in your inventory. Then logout, and try logging in about 30 mins later. if that doesn't work, then strip naked and wait for server reset. It worked for me on the 3rd day or so... was a relief to have my 20 exp 25 assembly suit back together. Please try this, as I know what it feels like to become instantly gimped.. it's terrible considering mine cost about 60 million and a years worth of time and effort. Try my suggestion and hopefully it works for ya

Yeah this worked for me too I made sure i had room in inventory and my work shop and my items came back. I got the same reply from a CSR too.

I agree with Royale, it's happened to me before, LUCKILY since I am right next to Coronet (in Eclipse) that I think I am on one server, however moving from house to house, I've lost items before - but they've always come back. I dont know what Id do if I lost my suit, blah!!! Sorry bro. I never EVER move my suit from my house though, put it on to craft, then leave it in my house. Bet your ass Id be pissed if it went missing! WOOT.
