Thread: Need advice for stat migration
Slicing would help, make sure you tell your slicer you want to lower the encumbrance. Be aware that once you slice an item it cannot be repaired any longer.
Take a peek at the Advanced Armor Crafting Guide linked off the main SWG site.
If you really want to do stat migration, examine what the encumbrance is on your armor pieces (all added up). Then compare that to what your secondary statistics are (ie. Strength, Con, etc.) not the primary HAM pools. You need to have at least as many points in these secondary skills as what the encumbrance requires.
I've heard many arguments for minimizing everything except the mind stats ... I've also heard the 1100/1100/800 arguments.

I have the same template, and my stats are exactly the same... On second thought, I might have +100 to HA and -100 to Focus/Willpower... but otherwise almost identical.
Weird, huh?
Oh, and one thing to counter the HAM costs: something that a lot of people don't necessarily think of is to use a good Laser Rifle when possible. I honestly don't need my uber T21 for killing Whisper Birds on Yavin for their meat --my Laser will suffice. In the long run, that saves me a lot of stims from healing myself after a few headshots with the T21.But only really applies to us non-buffers. ![]()
I've never changed them, because i can use 2 brandy and so far it won't kill my mind pool. By the time my mind pool is empty I have to use a stim for my action and mind, so it works quite good for me.
