no..the OQ is awful...half of all experimentation and stats is OQ for armorsmith

No that is some really crappy stuff, the OQ 16 would hurt the armor alot. The best stuff has OQ in the 900s and SR in the 500s. The mall is pretty good but the rest is bad.
