Hi all,
In an effort to help out with commonly recurring questions and issues I'm starting this thread as a sort of "central store" for workarounds/advice for our customers.
So, I invite all of you to post any Questions you get asked a lot and the answers to them here 
. And if this takes off I'll keep this post updated with all the pearls of wisdom

And here's the list so far:
Q: "My PSG isn't stopping damage any more..."
A: This is a known issue. Try un-equiping/re-equipping it, that should solve the problem.
Q: "Does 4 piece suit work?"
A: Yes. in both PvP and PvE. Although certain specials have a chance of hitting the legs or arms, so it does not work 100% of the time. It does work about 90% of the time in PVP and vs high-level NPCs, and 100% of the time vs critters since they have no special moves. Also, a few skirts are known to let shots in. otherwise STOP ASKING IF IT WORKS! it does.

Q: "How do I change the color of Composite?" (yes I get this a lot)
A: Open up your invetory, unequip your armor, and then bring up the radial menu for each piece and select change color.

Q: "I cannot equip all of my new armor."
A: "You need to have an ID migrate your stats and use some sort of secondary stat buffs such as from chef foods, an entertainer, or a doctor to wear the full suit."

a: yes. in PvP and PvE. It works 100% of the time if you are wearing no pants. Cammos same thing. a few skirts are known to let shots in. otherwise STOP ASKING IF IT WORKS! it does.

Stillthe most common queuery that I receive (especially from wookiees 
):

I think all profs get their tons of questions
CH: "will you train my pet?"
"Can my pet be mounted?"
Ranger: "what's a good resource"
Doctor: "You doing buffs?"
TKM: "Do you have the I Win button?"
CM: "Why do I hate you so much?'
ect. ect.
