I need PSG IV and Layers I right now, and will probably need Layers II - IV and Master by the end of this evening.

Anybody willing to train me? Or does everybody just go to the NPCs now? I just restarted the account I cancelled about a year ago, so I suppose I'm kind of a noob again. I guess you don't need apprentice XP for master anymore?
