Thread: Managed to get a 5% base Layer (Kinetic & Energy)

I managed (on Tuesday night) to get a few schematics made up for 5% base Kinetic and Energy layers. They came out 5% 14/14/14 4%. Yep, heavy as hell but the first time I've personally seen 5% on a layer. That crappy lil one-day patch worked out well. Also got 41% Stun suit with 64% base.
ps. The 5% was achieved at 100% in base (11 points used on base 1 on encumberance)
