Thread: So could the lack of experimentation tapes be the only reason...

On my server stun protection pieces of composite seem to run 39% Stun / 66-67% base. I am falling 4-5 short of that using the best resources that I have known to spawn on the server. Is it likely that the reason I cannot reach these figures is because I have no experimentation tapes and these other armorsmiths do?

its a combo of good resources, tools, stations and luck.
first check all your tools and make sure their funcutinally rateing is about 11 - 14.
tapes are a bonus. but its not easy to comeby.

Since it's a two-stat item (stun layer) it is hard to max both base and stun resists on a segment with 12, let alone 10, experimentation points. I only have 10 and won't even bother wasting my good resources on stun layers until I get 12 exp points.
