Since the resources on Bloodfin for Advanced Padded have been horrible for the last couple of months the best non- advanced I can make off the top of my head:

Energy 65%

Base 30-40%

HAM: Real high unwearable w out buffs if its all layered.

Be curious to hear what armorsmiths have done with some decent resources. Is it possible to get a layered stat to 70-80%? Post ur results.

I used a Rancor Padded Armor Segment (46%base) and came up with:

Padded Armor Legs
Cond. 24567
45% Heat
11% Blast
80% Cold

70% Kinetic
70% Energy
70% Restraint
70% Electricity

Stun vuln
Acid vuln

31/107/24 HAM (after enc slice)

Sagax/Chilastra
Master Creature Handler forever...

Advanced Padded, unlayered, 40% base resists.

I was able to make 2 sets of adv. padded with acid and heat layers, stats were

49% base

5% heat

5% acid

20% blast

can't remember HAM right now, but I could wear full set not including helmet without any buffs.
