Just about anything can drop them. Although your best bet is any NPC (the bigger the NPC, the better the chance of a good drop)



Retired after CU, came back for NGE, leaving again...

aa'kuans on talus tend to drop the most for me...


just get in a solo group, and take large aakuan camp missions....
