Thread: 10 Gurk King's, 12 Woolamander Harrowers and not a single loot. Is anyone experiencing this ?

I think its a conspericy of those gready armorsmiths personaly

I completed my suit on ahazi maybe 2 weeks ago, i probably spent a good 2+ months on it, (1 month before bug, 1 month after)
Obviously i got more parts on the post bug drops, but in the one month before multi drops, i had acquired 2 GDK scales, 7 woolamander bones, and probably 15 gurk hides, all single drops. When i say i spent a month, i spent a month everyday for probably 1 buff session a night, sometimes 2. GDK's were are are still the worst looters in the game. In the first month, i killed probably 150gdk, out of that probably30 were kimo town roughly, the rest were fresh wild spawns that would spawn 3-4 gdk's each time. I only got 2 scales in the 150 kills. Gurk hides i always got from the gurk kings at the 2 static poi's and wild feral gurk spawned lairs while searching for the gdk's. woolamander bones i spent 1 week getting where i would sign off at the woolamander palace and sign on every hour or so at work to catch the spawn, probably over 75 kills to get those 7 single bones. Peko Peko's feathers i had acquired too in like december when i didnt know i didnt actually need them.
POST pub 9 with multi drops happening. i spent another month, and managed to get 10 GDK scales, 25 woolamander bones (sold off remainder) and 50 gurk hides. (i just sold 26 of them off ina auction). The extra GDK scales in my house are decorations now lol. ANYWAY Loot rate was roughly the same.
Some people say a rare artifact increases luck/loot chance also lol. good luck getting the RIS. YOUR BEST BET! is probably to do mokk missions at 35k payout or whatever and to just buy the items you need, dont waste your time trying to loot yourself, especially the gdk's, you will get very frustrated after days of killing them (or even trying to find them at that matter) and not looting a single item. PLUS kimo town is broken and spawns once a day, maybe twice before server reset

Oh and the best before for GDK, Volcano area, make a 2000m perimeter from the top and slowly circle the volcano's perimeter. Then Hit the area surrounding the gurk static spawn, Then Hit North and SOUTH of the imp outpost, then head to the 2nd gurk spawn. After THAT i usually turn on the waypoint to kimo town and cruise back on my bike, i have found them on this path..
I actually grinded ranger 0040 and master swordsmen for exclusively hunting GDK's, changed my whole template lol. Only saving grace is that i had 100k of carnivore meat when i resourced the GDK after i killed it. With master swordsmen and 80% kinetic armor and a scythe blade, you will have no problem killing a gdk with just normal buffs and brandy, if you get in a mind pinch (around 25%, take a canape to regen mind and maybe stop specials till your mind regens to 60% ish)

yes only if you loot the gdk scales. my first set was pre group drops. it took me 7 months to complete.
since then i have looted over 100 gurk hides, 18 wooly bones, 34 gdk scales. i had a good last 4 days. 20 scales from 65 gdks.

I have killed 3 or 4 gurks in a hour and not a single loot drop.
I find the lairs at the volcano and spawn them untill the GKR appears then just AOE everything.
Are RIS drops bugged or something ?
I think I'll just not bother with RIS as its just waste off buff time and armor.

At least you can find the gurks. I can't even find a woolamander harrower ever that's alive in the palace on Yavin on my server.

Plenty of RGK's aroud, plenty of GDK's around...
Woolemanders are the problem at the moment.
Only 2 in the game and they are constantly camped on a 2 hour spawn that doesn't appear to work properly. Is gotta be a joke surely?

I can't find a Woolymander Harrower either. I've been to the temple every day for a week and a half, coming back repeatedly over an hour or two, and the temple has always been completely empty.

The gurk king hide drop isnt bugged to my knowledge, the spawn at the woolamander palace and at Kimo city only spawns in the morning and thats it atleast on my server.
