Hi there. I Currently Play a Master Weponsmith/Merchant/swordsman.
But My Guild's Armorsmith has decided to drop it infavor of killing things (the fool). So I've decided to pick up his slack.
Before I start tho I wanted to ask what Resources I should gather for the Grind up, and what stuff gives good XP.
For the XP Kinda would like to know both the low cost easy grind... and if you guys have one the rich crafter short cut way..
Thanks

Here ya go
The low-cost easy way: Grind AUK's to Personal Armour II (I think, or wherever you pick up ubese shirts), then Ubese shirts all the way to master
For AUK's:_______________
Metal (any type):________47,500
Chemical (any type):_____25,000
For Ubese Shirts:________
Iron:____________________105,000
Steel:___________________157,500
Fiberplast:______________55,000
The quicker, more expensive way: Grind Mabari Armourweave Chestplates all the way to master. (Note: You'll need a master tailor's help here, as this will need 6 full runs of Synthetic Cloth)
(For Syncloth)__________
Fiberplast______________88800
Inert Petrochemical_____22200
(For Armorweave Segs)___
Metal___________________31450
(Totals)________________
Total Metal_____________151700
Total Hide______________74000
Total Fiberplast________209050
Total Inert Petro_______49950
Hope this helps

Syn cloth is at novice tailor. RFP atfield wear 2. Armor padding at field wear 4.
If you're a master artisan, make a few swoops and get novice tailor to make your own. You'll want a factory anyway, since using crates of armorweave segments rather than making them by hand makes the grind go even quicker.
