so i used the search feature to find out what is needed to make one of these and no luck just thread upon thread of people talking about "hooray i got my helmet"

im just curious what is needed to make one of these as one day i hope to have one (not anytime soon probably) so i am wondering what is needed as far as componants? then an AS has to go with youto the DWB and make it for you?

like i said i dont plan on doing this right away but just so i know what to keep my eyes out for.

thanks

That's the short version of it lol.

Basically you will need the corresponding Bounty Hunter Armor Piece along with an Alum mineral, Protective Liquid Coating, and Binary Liquid

The Alum Minerals is the reward forcompletion of theForeman's quest which starts in the mines at the Death Watch Bunker and is by far the hardest quest in the game.

The Binary Liquid is a very rare drop in the bunker that can be looted off Death Watch Wraiths, Death Watch Ghosts, and some say Death Watch Bloodguards.

The Protective Liquid Coating has about the same drop rate as the Binary Liquid and is also looted off Death Watch Wraiths, Death Watch Ghosts, and some say Death Watch Bloodguards.

Once all the parts are aquired then you will need to escort the low-level crafter to the corresponding crafting room and protect the crafter while the crafting of the schematic takes place. One mistake could mean losing all the parts.

Just to give you an idea about the drop rate on the Protective Liquid Coating and the Binary Liquid, I'm at around 100 trips through the Death Watch Bunker for crafting runs, Foreman's quest runs and just plain loot and fun runs, and I've seen a total of 2 Protective Liquid Coatings and 0 Binary Liquids looted.

One of the protective coatings that dropped was looted by a friend who then gave it to me, and the i managed to find one on the trade forums for a real decent price. Made my Mando helm last night.
