Seems the best i have seen on the Trade Forums is +15 from Ancient Kryats (CL94) but the best i have looted are </=10. The best I have looted overall is +10 from GDKs, so im wondering if these enhancers that are >10 are pre CU or can someone confirm?

90%+ of all enhancers higher than +10 are converted from pre-CU. I have seen enhancers looted in the +12-13 range post-CU though, so it is not hopeless. But the +15 enhancers will be more and more difficult to come by as time passes...

I looted a +15 and a +17 on TC from a Canyon Kryat (level 84) so it is possible, but I killed a lot of kryats to get those. So it will probably be very rare as no one else looted anything more thatn +14.

I have noticed that when making armor with health enhancers that the cores dont stack.
What i mean is that if you have 3 cores that have health enhancement of +18 each , they dont add up to +50 (+54) but instead equal +18.
Or if you take 3 +10 health cores and combine in a chestplate with a +20 featherd apperance enhancer you dont get +50, you get +30.
THIS is bull
It means to make a +50 chest you have to use either 1) 3 +50 cores , or 3 +30's and a +20 health enhancer.
Is there a workaround, am i just stupid?

No workaround, it's "working as intended"

that is exactly how it's designed to work, and it makes sense to me. you need more cores to cover up areas on larger pieces, which it turn needs more enhancers to have the same amount of bonus as smaller pieces.

Although I agree it's a pain to make, that's how it's been working since day one.
I think it's working as intended.
The only thing wrong with this is Ubese and Mabari, where they use more cores, and because they do they cover more parts of the body, meaning less pieces of armor one can wear, therefore lowering the max bonus per suit. It's in the AS Issues thread...

I am currently making my first ever suit of health enhanced armour, even though I have been a ASmith since just before cu and I appreciate what you saying, I found the FAQ thread in the stickies an invaluable resource for info on making the cores when I had questions, take a look it is well worth it
Having said that I agree to a certain degree, in that it is a shame that you have to effectively waste health enhancements for cores in chests, legs and helms, by not having them stack, it would be nice then to get the health enhancements go in at a seperate slot in the crafting process, or be allowed to use a core from a seperate factory run as long as it is enhanced but still make up the total requirement of cores to the armour pieceso you dont have the issue of...
1. waste a enhancement to make the data schem for the factory run.
2. then waste 2 enhancements and enhanced cores in chests.
3. waste 1 enhancemed core in each oflegs and helms.
making this recent suit I had the fortune of using pre cu health enhancers so they are all very high in bonuses, but i had them in same serial groups of 4 to 7 pieces, so I had to waste buckets of enhancers to come up with the segments and finally cores to make the armour, and still I will have to use feathered appearance enhancers to cap the suit..... just a shame to waste so much good and expensive resource. had a ball making it all though very "hands on" craft
cheers all

actually there IS a workaround of a sort.
feathered and interwoven can be used in same piece, so if you had a +20 feather and a +15 interwoven you'd only need +15 on the cores, which is rather easy to pull off.

No, it's still the same thing.
You still need 3 identical +15 segments to make 1 +15 core for the chest (and 2 identical +15's for the head and legs)
