Hmm....I didn't do any layered work last night, but I did do segments and got the same results as usual. Considering the wierd things they broke during "maintenence" the other day, I wouldn't put it past them.

I just did some segments, and they turned out fine - the layers were a few days old..

Another thing, are you sure your layers are showing correct stats?

I can explain why you're getting lower stats on your segments, but only if it's like10-20 off your normal stats...but not when it's off 250 like you're getting now.

I'm getting lower stats on my segments than usual, using the same resources as usual with an Armoursmith buff etc.

OK, 2 things I can think of here.

AS Buffs don't stack. For some reason, if you stack buffs, they cancel each other out. Make sure your first buff is finished before getting the next.

Next, if you get an amazing success during experimentation, the max resists seems to actually be lower than if you were to get a great success. This is hard to explain in words. Make a few segments and cores and watch theresists when you get an amazing and compare them with greats.

Maybe you forgot and left a layer out?

I've done it before. Fortunately, not on a schematic run.

I have now done another run and they have now come out as they used to, so maybe it was just a very rare one off occassion as never had a problem before.

The buff used was one carried over from the previous night, not a top up. I always experimentand definately didnt leavea layer out as false of habit I click the layers until all 4 boxes on the segment are filled and double check all ingredients before I continue

But all okay now, thank goodness!!
